Brand Ambassadors are responsible for promoting and up-selling Lottery, Casino and Sportsbook products. As a Brand Ambassador, your main goal is to develop relationships with clients in order to maintain loyalty and grow the customer base. To adequately communicate with customers, you must have a thorough understanding of all Marketing products, services and promotions. Assuring that clients have the knowledge they require. You play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote games and up-sell products /Generate brand awareness
- Assist in improving the player’s overall gaming experience
- Must know and understand the brand and its products
- Provide feedback and insight on new products and service
- Ensure brand items in stores are visible
- Represent the brand positively in a multitude of settings
- Promote the brand via his/her personal social media account
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Good time managing skills
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
- Experience in Customer Service
- A team player who possesses the ability to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
