Brand Ambassador

JOB SUMMARY

Brand Ambassadors are responsible for promoting and up-selling Lottery, Casino and Sportsbook products. As a Brand Ambassador, your main goal is to develop relationships with clients in order to maintain loyalty and grow the customer base. To adequately communicate with customers, you must have a thorough understanding of all Marketing products, services and promotions. Assuring that clients have the knowledge they require. You play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Promote games and up-sell products /Generate brand awareness
• Assist in improving the player’s overall gaming experience
• Must know and understand the brand and its products
• Provide feedback and insight on new products and service
• Ensure brand items in stores are visible
• Represent the brand positively in a multitude of settings
• Promote the brand via his/her personal social media account

QUALIFICATIONS 

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
  

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Good time managing skills
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
• Experience in Customer Service
• A team player who possesses the ability to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
