Job Summary

Responsible for reporting and developing the Operation of all Island Luck Locations. Assisting managers with becoming responsible leaders and proactive thinkers, and ensuring the synchronized operations of all Island Luck locations.  Also to ensure that exceptional customer service is being maintained by all employees to keep Island Luck up to the quality standard in which we opened.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Branch opens and close on time and advise Operations Manager and Administrative staff should there be any delays or challenges.
  • Complete store checks to ensure staff and branch maintain compliance and standards.
  • Perform random spot checks of floats and cashiers’ draw.
  • Report staff payroll queries and concerns to Head Office to ensure payroll is executed correctly.
  • Review, create and distribute staff weekly schedule when necessary.
  • Take necessary acts to ensure branch is fully staffed and Operating efficiently by replacing shifts and recording changes to the schedule.
  • Be available to work all open shifts that could not be replaced by the staff.
  • Submit daily reports to Head Office on all assigned locations.
  • Resolve all internal disputes among staff (escalate to Head Office as necessary).
  • Assist with staff disciplinary action of all related issues for internal and external customers.
  • Complete yearly assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses among staff and areas for improvement.
  • Edit staff clock in times daily to identify any missing punches.
  • Suggest professional development training for staff as needed.
  • Complete all recommended Training and Target Goals developed by the company.
  • Ensure the staff is updated and complies with all Company Policies & Procedures and knowledge is maintained.
  • Hold regular meetings with your Duty Managers and Cashiers to ensure company standards are met.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years minimum supervisory/ management experience
  • Proven experience managing large teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Honest and Efficient.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
