Job Summary 

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting self-service kiosks at various locations. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will ensure the optimal functioning of our kiosk systems, providing a seamless user experience for our customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install and configure self-service kiosks at designated locations, ensuring proper hardware and software integration.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kiosks to keep them in optimal working condition.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they impact kiosk performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement software updates and enhancements.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support to users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and privacy regulations to safeguard customer data.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in kiosk technology and emerging trends in the self-service industry.
  • Assist in the training of users and provide clear instructions on proper usage and maintenance of the kiosk systems.

Qualifications
