Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and configure self-service kiosks at designated locations, ensuring proper hardware and software integration.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kiosks to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they impact kiosk performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement software updates and enhancements.
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support to users, both remotely and on-site.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and privacy regulations to safeguard customer data.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in kiosk technology and emerging trends in the self-service industry.
- Assist in the training of users and provide clear instructions on proper usage and maintenance of the kiosk systems.
